2. Psychographic Profile: The Bureaucrat of Memory The Defragmenter: Finch doesn't see people; he sees "Signal Noise." He believes that human memory is a messy, inefficient database that needs to be "compressed" for the good of the city.

Clinical Detachment: He performs mnemonic "cleansing" with the same emotion a man uses to delete old emails. He is not malicious, just profoundly indifferent to the human experience.
