Aesthetic & Atmospheric Profile The Low-Hum: The bar is encased in "Dampening Lead," which creates a natural dead-zone for all [[MAS]] sensors. The air is heavy and cool. Inside, the only light comes from mismatched, flickering neon tubes and the soft blue glow of "Low-Resonance" beer taps.
The Sound of Silence: While most bars are loud, The Static Man is hushed. Conversations are muffled by the "White Noise" generators in the corners. It smells of sawdust, old gin, and copper.
- Key Features & Landmarks The Zero-Point Booths: Individual booths lined with mirrors and silver-mesh. When the curtain is closed, the person inside literally disappears from all magical and digital scrying.
The "Tapped" Tap: A large, brass beer engine that doesn't serve alcohol, but "Raw Aether" to the "Static-Addicts" and "Erased" who need a charge to stay solid.
The Bulletin Board: A physical wall covered in paper notes—because digital messages are too risky. This is where "Gutter" jobs are posted.

Lore & History Named after a legendary scryer who "Flickered" so much he became a permanent fixture of the bar’s architecture (part of his face is rumored to be visible in the wood of the bar-top). It is the unofficial neutral ground for everyone the Vane Group has disavowed.
