Overview
An abandoned communication tower on the outskirts of Novum’s Tech District, currently being repurposed by the team. Originally built to bridge magical and technological communications, the tower was decommissioned after newer systems made it obsolete. Its isolation and existing infrastructure make it perfect for ECHO’s needs, though most of the building remains unused.
