- Description: An illegal, decentralized magical mesh network, akin to a “Plex-style” media server for mana.
- Function: Used by street-wizards and those below the Thaumic Poverty Line to share, steal, or launder magical energy (mana).
- Mechanism: It works by creating a network of magically-linked nodes (often hidden in everyday objects) that can secretly siphon and redirect magical power, bypassing government tracking and the metered system controlled by the Ministry of Arcane Security (Ministry of Arcane Security MAS). It is a key tool for the magical underclass and criminal elements.
